TRANSACTIONS
To sign or cut a player(s), simply
notify commish of roster change. Free Agents signed on a first
come, first basis until after Week 1 when the weaker teams will
have first rights.
To trade a player(s), negotiate a
trade and have it approved by at least two other owners in the
PFFL (this includes the commish). Then notfy the commish of the
roster change.
Transactions can be made from 9am Wednesday morning until the
night before the first game of the week, at 8pm.
